A bit about us:We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Field teams on commercial re-roof and maintenance projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and wants to build a career in the roofing and construction industry.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth communication and efficient project flow
- Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, job logs, and closeout packages
- Track work orders, service requests, and warranty follow-ups
- Assist with estimating, proposal generation, and maintenance contract renewals as needed
- Maintain project records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Roof Systems You’ll Work With
TPO | PVC | EPDM | Coatings | Built-Up Roofing (BUR) | Modified Bitumen | Metal Retrofit Systems
Job Details- 2+ years of experience in construction or roofing coordination (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar project software a plus
- A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- Desire to grow within a stable, reputable roofing contractor
